  • Overview

Are you looking for a career? Do you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others? Would you like experience in Behavioral Health, Human Services or Psychology?  If your answer is yes, then we would love to talk to you!

Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc (PWHO) is a 100% employee-owned organization, and we are nationally recognized as the premier provider of care and services for individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome.

Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS) is a complex genetic disorder affecting appetite, growth, metabolism, cognitive function and behavior.  Our group homes provide “homes with a heart” where our clients can grow and enjoy life in a safe, healthy, and nurturing atmosphere.  This requires unique skills from our staff professionals but the best part is building relationships with our clients.  Our staff accompanies them in community activities such as visiting the zoo, going to a ball game, walking or shopping, but also in all daily cares such as preparing meals, doing laundry and keeping tidy living spaces. The job becomes more than a job when you connect with our clients and become a vital part of their lives!
