Seeking a Finance Manager
Prader-Willi Homes of Oconomowoc (PWHO) is a 100% Employee-Owned Provider of long-term care to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome. We are part of ORP who has 8 operating units all dedicated to people with disabilities. While PWHO has 150 employees, ORP employs 2500.
We are seeking a Finance Manager with a high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-paced work environment to join our Team. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position will facilitate program profitability and sustainability through the analysis of financial and business data.
This is an operational finance role which partners with the Executive Director to assist, support and advise on decisions to achieve on-going success. This is not a traditional accounting role; in fact, many accounting tasks (AP, AR, Cash Mgmt) are NOT part of this position.
The right candidate will have a broad base of knowledge outside of accounting, including management skills; decision-making skills that factor in financial, strategic and operational aspects; change management basics; as well, as solid professional communication, both written and verbal. If this position were in a manufacturing company the title would be Product Manager. While industry experience is surely helpful, experience outside of long-term care is valuable also.
