Key Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
A successful candidate will excel at detail oriented tasks and demonstrate the ability to problem solve by thinking critically. This position requires at least 2 years of Administrative Assistance experience. An Associates Degree, advanced training in the Administrative Assistant field, and experience working with scheduling or with doctor’s offices is preferred. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment and the ability to multi-task.
